I use conversion tables from the web, normally I start using CyberStitchers Conversion and if I have doubts I check on other webpages ;)

I also use the CyberStitches conversion site to do my conversions. The last resource is to go to the craft shop and put the two together....

Well, I was a little bit puzzled when I saw the same color conversion for 146 & 142... :)
I'm using the conversion from yarntree.com and needlepointers.com, there's a slight difference i.e. #236 = DMC 3799, but it's no problem, I think :)
