Hi ladies :D

I take the time to show you the piece I made for her...
It took 2 weeks to cross France and reach Portugal ! Such a long travel !!!
We thought it was lost !

But anyway it seems I succeeded in sending a smile :D
This pattern I had bought on MS web store (what a pity that it has now disappeared !!!!) seemed obvious to me :D

The pity is that I totally forgot to take a picture of the goodies, except that mug to suit with the tray I choose as a finish....

But maybe Nia will find the time to make a post on her blog :D

Anyway, what a pleasure to participate to this exchange !!!
I had almost forgotten how exciting it is to join such an exchange....

Secret Santa from Germany to France

Hello ladies

Sometimes things that we definitely can't explain happen...and this exchange is one of those things !
We really don't understand why it took sooooooo long for a parcel to leave Germany and reach France !
I thought my parcel was coming from the other side of the world...not from some hundreds kilometres...
Judith...you should have come & bring me yourself your gifts, you'd have arrived earlier =D
And you would have had a very huge hug from me to correctly thank you =D

I received this beautiful parcel from Valma  from France in Halloween Exchange... Just look this amazing and wonderful things:::  A beautiful bag which so amazing colors and halloween touches... A pice of fabric of same fabric bag,   2 small sachets full of ribbons, bottoms and charms, 2 threads ( I didn't know that linen threads exists!! and a beautiful card with so nice words that I will keep in my heart....Waoooo.... thanks so much Valma.. Still I feel like a baby receiving her first gifts.... thanks so much, I am very very happy:

Sailing Mice

Hi girls

Last week I finished a UFO...
I started this design 2 years ago when I started to blog and never finished it as I have been involved in a swirl of stitchings and by the blogosphere =D
There was not much left to do
They are now framed to suit,  in one of my rooms here,  with the 2 first mice I stitched ( Dandelion & Party animal)
A real delight to stitch and I find them very cute
They come from the issue of July 2007 of Cross Stitcher

Winter Exchange - Olimpia to Valma

I'm totally in love with this cute cat that she put on a book note cover (sewed by herself too)
This book will be my Xmas memories book for years =)
I'm going to treasure this for sure, and I already started writing in it !

Another Autumn cat

Here he is, my Autumn cat...
I'm still working on the finish but I'm only one day late for the stitching =D
He is my favourite for the moment
Here, Summer took its time to arrive and had great difficulties to stay...but Autumn... !!
it was written on the calendar 'Autumn' and bang ! It arrived ! Wind, cold, rain, and wind, and wind... :(

A gift just for girls =)

Hi girls

I signed on my French Facebook group of Xstitchers for a SWAP entitled 'Only for girls'
I chose for my partner Glamour Puss  which was for me one of the best designs..only for girls =D

I stitched it on a blue Zweigart fabric, because I knew my partner loves the blue colour
I made a little bag with her (blue of course)
I'm happy because my partner enjoyed my piece very much and it's a great reward to make someone happy =D

My Summer cat

Lot's of finishes those days around here =D

Here is my Summer cat =)
I chose an apricot fabric I already had to stitch it, and I changed a bit the colours of the glasses to match with the fabric and ribbon I used for the finish =)
I decided to make a sun glasses case with him , perfect for the sun glasses I have and it seems that in fact we both have the same glasses =D
Let's go for the Autumn cat...but I think I'll wait a little....and enjoy my Summer cat

Spring Cat is finished

Here is my Spring cat for SAL#3
I should have begun with the Autumn cat to match with the weather we have here :(
I stitched on lilac linen and I made a little bag with pot-pourri inside =D
Mice (and hedgehogs) are my favourite designs from MS, but I must admit that this cat has something cute that I like =D

 A little bit deceived that it didn't arrived on time, but no matter, it was so much fun doing it and waiting everyday for the postman :D

I didn't received mine neither, but I can see on the picture you posted Nia, that the hedgehog Rafaela made is so so so cute, and that the star is not stitched :D

Second apron

I started my second apron then, and here is the 1st dog, from Puppy Love :D
I reversed it because of the design I want to stitch besides.... :D
I think it can be a funny / cute scene !
